Electro-mechanical testing of tools prior to getting optics installed.
Photo maintenance technician. Support fab equipment at our site, with experience in photolithography and surface conditioning. Do scheduled PM's on the tools to ensure reliability & performance per our work instruction specs. Provide weekly report to my manager to keep him updated on tool/performance issues. Comply with fab requirements by documenting tool history in "real" time.
Onsite FSE & then a full time Seagate employee till September of '08. PM's, software/hardware updates on FSI Polaris tools & troubleshooting/fixing issues on the tool to minimize downtime.
