Assigns and monitors project tasks to programmers and analysts. - Led in-house JAVA development project and five programmers which established standard signing in all stores and reduced costs. Produced and maintained use case design documentation. - Served as lead analyst on 3-week E-Commerce ordering and receiving process implementation and conducted all system testing and verifications for inventory, dollars, average cost, and PO receipt. - Led requirements, construction, testing, and implementation for 30-day solution for Signing Loyalty promotions. - Removed numerous hours from batch processing which improved supply chain support, increased efficiency, and reduced costs. - Managed Pamida deconsolidation project and designed FTP interfaces that ensured security of data during split from ShopKo. - Led team for the expansion of Advanced Ship Notice (ASN) usage in three distribution centers, increasing productivity and reducing labor costs.
