In this role, I am focusing on transforming our platform architecture to meet the growing demands of scalability, performance, and security. As Atomi continues to expand, my team and I are addressing the complex challenges of evolving a fractured, ad-hoc architecture, grown from the very lean early stages, into a robust, future-proof platform.
Stepping into the role of Head of Engineering, I took charge of a small core team and led the growth of Atomi’s engineering department. Under my leadership, the team quadrupled in size, and I developed and implemented key technical strategies that supported both immediate user needs and long-term platform growth.
As the first full-time developer at Atomi, I played a pivotal role in transitioning from a legacy application to a modern, modularized architecture with a decoupled frontend and backend API. Working closely with the co-founders, I laid the technical foundation that would support Atomi’s future development and success.
