About

I’m a digital delivery and geospatial leader with 19+ years of experience helping federal clients solve complex environmental and infrastructure challenges through advanced data, visualization, and technology-enabled solutions. My work sits at the intersection of geospatial technology, business development, and team leadership, where I focus on turning complex data into actionable insight and scalable delivery for agencies such as the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and Department of Defense (DoD). Over the course of my career, I’ve grown from a GIS specialist into a senior leader responsible for building and leading high-performing teams, driving multi-million-dollar federal programs, and advancing digital innovation within a global consulting organization. I’ve played a key role in evolving geospatial capabilities, moving from traditional GIS and database systems to AI-enabled workflows, 3D modeling, drone-based data capture, and secure, compliant digital delivery environments. Currently, I lead a multidisciplinary digital and geospatial team, where I: • Deliver mission-critical solutions across federal programs with a focus on scalability, quality, and impact • Drive business development and long-term client growth, helping secure and expand major federal contracts • Champion the integration of emerging technologies, including AI and advanced geospatial analytics • Build and mentor high-performing teams through a collaborative, accountable leadership style • Ensure secure data practices aligned with federal requirements, including CMMC Level 2 readiness I’m particularly energized by opportunities to bridge technical excellence with strategic growth, helping organizations modernize their data ecosystems while delivering measurable value to clients and stakeholders. Career foundation: I began with Natural Resource Technology (NRT) in 2011, transitioned through its acquisition by O’Brien & Gere, and now operate within Ramboll’s global platform, bringing continuity, adaptability, and a long-term perspective to every role I take on. If you’re working on complex federal programs, scaling digital delivery capabilities, or exploring how geospatial and AI can unlock new value, I’d welcome the opportunity to connect.
