• Accountable for portfolio of business encompassing 18 school district accounts of over 20,000,000 gross square feet across New England Region • Managed $17,000,000 budget consisting of custodial, grounds and maintenance services • Owned the relationship between the organization and the client • Accountable for financial performance, program execution, client satisfaction and compliance requirements
• Supported new account start-ups with responsibilities to include technical and safety training, implementing work schedules and quality assurance programs, as well as the reporting of operational progress to the corporation • Performed benchmark analysis and costing of new facilities business in support of sector sales growth goals
• Led the custodial services program for 44 sites on campus, encompassing 1,900,000 million gross square feet • Directed and developed custodial staff that included 1 assistant manager, 3 supervisors, and 47 hourly staff • Managed $2,200,000 budget to include labor, supplies, materials, equipment, direct expenses and margin • Achieved increase in revenue by 10% annually and increased margin year over year • Accountable for the financial performance, operational execution, safety culture, compliance and client relationship
