As Project Manager of multiple Innovation projects, I focused on implementation of new products across various regions of Greater China. Operated according to the Stage-Gate model, projects were characterized by their complexity and strict regulatory requirements on infant formula production. A wide range of (international) teams were involved, including R&D, Quality, Process Engineering, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, Planning, Marketing, and Customer Service. Day to day activities included aligning formula and product direction, project success criteria and execution strategy among all stakeholders. In addition, I provided a clear view of resource and funding requirements needed, and expected product cost for approval by management. Furthermore, I coordinated thorough risk assessment to support change implementation while ensuring overall production readiness with all systems set up and protocols in place. Redesigned the Business Case model to evaluate and execute project proposals more effectively to enhance Project Governance.
