I design and steer programs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, building the strategy, measurement systems, and analytical products that help leadership make better decisions. Currently based in Colombia, I manage a multi-million-euro international commission: project cycle oversight, budget and risk management, and representing institutional interests in politically sensitive negotiations involving government agencies, multilateral organizations, civil society, and international partners. In parallel, I lead the strategy and performance measurement function for a program cluster operating across multiple regions, where I designed the unified results architecture, developed composite performance indicators, and produce the political-economy analysis and executive briefings that inform program steering. Before this, I worked on institutional design and competitive grant development in a research-policy setting -- co-designing cross-institutional programs and co-authoring a LOEWE funding proposal coordinating across three organizations. What runs through my work: translating complex realities into clear strategic frameworks, and building the feedback loops that connect evidence to decisions. Whether that means designing an indicator system, writing a context brief that changes a program's direction, or coaching teams on how to collect data that actually matters. M.A., Philipps-University Marburg (distinction). Trilingual: English, German, Spanish -- full professional working capacity in all three.
