I support Top Leadership Development at RWE AG to help our top leaders strengthen leadership effectiveness, versatility, and long-term, future-fit capability. To enable that, I translate development needs into top management-ready proposals and well-run initiatives - aligning stakeholders and coordinating external partners. My contribution spans market scanning and curation of executive education options, plus project delivery for bespoke, high-stakes offerings. Background: Erstes Staatsexamen (Rechtswissenschaften, Münster & Passau); Master‘s of Public Policy (Hertie School, Berlin). Experience across political party organisation at Volt Deutschland and Business Transformation at RWE AG. Former stipend recipient of the Deutschlandstipendium & finalist at the Global Public Policy Network competition 2023 in São Paulo, Brazil.
Part of RWE AG‘s corporate transformation team with a strong focus on New Ways of Working (NWoW). Project support & workshop facilitation for departments across the RWE Group with a focus on collaboration, empowerment and change. Projects include leadership journeys for senior management, large-scale biodiversity projects, and various smaller individual workshops applying lean and agile toolsets. Regular trainings ensure personal professional development (e.g. feedback trainings, lean management / Six Sigma, workshop facilitation).
Responsible as key part of the national campaign team for the 2021 Federal Election for introducing and maintaining community organizing as organisational backbone of the political party Volt Deutschland. Facilitation of community organizing techniques in workshops and individual coaching with volunteers to foster continuous learning. Support of regional associations in setting up regional campaigns and mobilising volunteers. Preparing Volt for being a pilot in participatory party politics in Europe.
Assisting 7 regional teams of Volt Deutschland in organizational development, expansion and founding legal associations. Close collaboration with regional team leads to foster volunteer leadership skills within the organisation. Facilitation of digital workshops and coaching on leadership, digital collaboration, volunteer management and community organizing. All 7 regional associations successfully founded their legal entities by April 2021, bringing the project to a successful end.
