My coaching and therapeutical practice is informed by the outlook and attitude I gained through winning multiple international championships as a freeride skier. Educated as clinical and cognitive neuropsychologist, I specialize in the psychology of connection. I use a wide variety of methods, techniques, and exercises, based on extensive experience with systemic coaching, non-violent communication, equestrian therapy, and breathwork. I enjoy the customization of every process and session according to the needs and goals of each individual client or team.
