Since 2019, I’ve worked as a Business Manager at Telia, leading and managing multiple projects focused on digitizing services, enhancing customer experience, developing new platforms, and migrating services such as M365 across environments. I’ve overseen domain and web hosting services, which were successfully sold, and contributed to the development of Hosted Exchange, and payment terminal businesses. Currently, I’m responsible for Main User Service Desk, Soundtrack services and Telia Play, including MTV Urheilu and V sport. I have strong experience in project management, business development, and customer service, where I’ve demonstrated excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. My recent work includes leading AI development for the Service Desk, managing end-of-life service transitions, and driving operational efficiency initiatives. I’ve inherited a strong work ethic from my parents, and I carry that with pride into everything I do.
