• Partner with Hospitalist Medical Directors to coordinate and develop systems to promote quality, cost-effective delivery of care and the infrastructure to support practice operations for the NWH Hospitalist team. • Work closely with all levels of administration, physicians and outside health professionals to coordinate best practice operations, accomplish targeted patient satisfaction goals and facilitate the resolution of problems as they arise. • Maintain budget and track expenditures of Northwest Hospital Hospitalist Team which includes three medical directors, one administrative assistant, and over thirty physicians.
