I bring over a decade of experience managing mid-to-large scale construction projects, with a strong focus on project execution, team collaboration, schedule management, quality, safety, and client satisfaction. My leadership style is built on integrity, communication, accountability, trust, and respect. I believe successful projects are driven by strong relationships and teams that work together to solve challenges proactively. One thing I greatly appreciate is when someone is forthcoming about a risk and comes prepared with potential solutions. No project is without challenges, and the sooner we identify issues, the sooner we can work together to mitigate them and keep the project moving forward. You’ll also learn quickly that I take commitments and deadlines very seriously. If there’s something needed on your project and your PE, Superintendent, or PM can’t get to it, call me. I’m not above pulling tape, delivering materials to the site, making sure the crews have water, or unlocking a gate. I believe in doing whatever it takes to support our teams, keep our people safe, maintain schedule commitments, and protect project margins. Outside of work, I have a strong support system at home with my husband and three children. When we’re not working or attending activities, you’ll likely find us riding our side-by-sides or Harleys and enjoying the outdoors.
Mentor and develop the next generation of construction professionals, build strong and lasting relationships with our clients, and become a trusted partner and preferred solutions provider. My goal is not only to deliver successful projects, but to create value through collaboration, accountability, and a commitment to excellence.
