Main responsibilities: - Planning: + Communicate with customer for requirement analysis, finalize project scope. + Initiate project strategy, project plan, resource plan, detail plan, quality plan. + Organize kick off meeting and then setup meetings with client, project team, stakeholder to clarify project objectives, project scope, duration/schedule, milestones, constraint. + Use MPP tool to create detail plan. - Monitoring & controlling: + Manage scope of project: project scope & product scope. + Manage risks/issues and solve/mitigate risks/issues that arise while running projects. + Manage change request (CR) that arise while running project. Estimate CR effort and evaluate impact to schedule/milestone. + Manage cost of projects. + Monitor projects progress, evaluate project performance in order to tracking project status and deal with risks/issues to get project progress on track. - Report: + Create daily report, weekly report, monthly report & quality report in order to share project status with Customer, Stakeholder, Project team frequently. - Manage and motive team: + Manage project with team size 10 members + Evaluate member's performance monthly. + Create good project environment for project members to develop best. Projects: - Project: Lending Platform, eLearning. - Technology: Java, VueJs, React Native., PHP. - Infra: Java spring boot, Oracle; Symphony, Maria DB. Knowledge/ Experiences gained: - Fintech Product, eLearning Product. - Agile/Scrum process.

Knowledge/ Experiences gained: - Retail logistic software. - Waterfall/Agile/Scrum process.
Main responsibilities: - Manager outsourcing medical apps development for Japanese customers, follow Japan standards. - Communicate with customer for requirement analysis, finalize project scope. - Estimate project cost. - Manage project plan & members' progress. - Handle spec & transfer to team members. - Communicate & interact with customer to clarify the requirements. - Report the overall progress & project quality to Company BODs &to customers.
