At Electrosuisse, I lead the Knowledge Products business area and serve as a member of the Executive Board. My focus is to turn technical expertise, standardization work and professional knowledge into relevant services, scalable products and clear orientation for members, customers and expert communities. I work at the intersection of expert knowledge, product strategy, digital enablement and organizational development. This includes Fachkommunikation, educational media, standardization-related services, digital knowledge products and AI-enabled knowledge systems. Previously, at IEC and GF Piping Systems, I built and led global academy and capability structures across international expert networks, member organizations, regions and business functions. This included governance design, qualification frameworks, digital learning infrastructure, portfolio steering and KPI-based performance management. I lead with clarity, transparency and a strong interest in people, creating structures that help teams and expert communities work better together.
