A seasoned banker with over two decades of experience, I began my career as a trainee at ING Bank, working in various departments before joining the Transaction Services team 12 years ago. In 2016, my family and I relocated to the United States, where my primary assignment was to establish a Transaction Services franchise. Our team currently comprises four disciplines: • Transaction Services Sales: Led by Lise Gjertsen, this team specializes in Payment and Cash Management and Trade Finance solutions in Europe and the USA. • Working Capital Solutions: Under the leadership of Nadine Ghandour, this team of specialists structures and leads Supply Chain Finance, Receivable Finance, Securitization, and Trade Finance transactions. • Product Management: Headed by Laurence Amar, the Product Management team for ING Transaction Services in the region strives to provide clients with state-of-the-art solutions. • Liquidity Management: Pascal ter Haak serves as the liaison officer for Bank Mendes Gans in the Americas region, specializing in various cash pooling solutions that offer clients flexibility and access to scattered cash positions. Additionally, Pascal advises clients on efficiently managing intracompany flows and netting solutions.
