Led development of Fund Votes Tracking System to track Board of Governors’ votes on Fund decisions and policies. • Developed and supported technical infrastructure for more than 15 multi-user information systems, including those managing data used for Fund publications, such as the World Economic Outlook. • Designed graphical web user interfaces using DHTML and Flash. • Developed reporting systems using MS SQL Server Reporting Services, including designing complex data architecture and writing stored procedures and triggers. • Consulted with multiple offices and users to understand their needs and specifications for applications, databases, and website features; develop customized solutions; and provide training and ongoing support to clients. • Prepared written design specification and training documents for users of applications and databases.
