Leadership of 5 different department as Engineering, Machine Maintenance, Facility, Project management and Indirect purchasing. 5 department leaders reporting to me directly. Monthly variable cost improvement and DL headcount calculation. Managing of Test, Change Management (NPI, ECO), Automation, Maintenance, Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering departments on SMT, all together 400 employees. Reach pilot site about own automation process in the company. • With LEAN tool usage 10% OLE improvement within one year on Automotive sector. • Responsibles for designing and installing new production lines and preparing the technological documentation. My task is optimization of the Set Top Box production line and continuous improvement. Quotating of new products, preparing Design For Manufacturing ( DFM ) and new products introduction. Implementation of Lead Free Soldering Process in this factory.
