More than 10 years experience in Product Development as an Engineer, Software Architect and Manager. Built a complete RnD center in Hungary for Norbit ASA together with Peter Jancso (https://www.linkedin.com/in/peter-jancso-5611571a/) Specialties: Software Engineering, Multidisciplinary System Engineering, Coding, Embedded Systems, Low-Power Systems
Division: Subsea Products: Winghead sonar, WBMS GUI, Data Collection Tool web app (DCT) Summary: I built a team of 11 software engineers to enable Norbit Subsea exploring more by adding new software applications to the underwater sonar systems. I am responsible to define the architecture and manage engineering of software products on different levels: embedded, topside back-end and web. I designed the embedded software architecture of Norbit's new ultra high-resolution Winghead sonar and established the engineering of Norbit's first web application allowing simple real-time data collection and visualization. Later I defined the architecture of the new sensor fusion processing backend. I developed the company's SDLC and implemented DevOps culture. Acted mainly as an architect and line manager.
Division: Intelligent Traffic Systems Product: Norbit On-Board-Units I built a small team of software engineers to take the Norbit On-Board-Unit system to the next level and enable OEM integrations for GNSS OBU suppliers and truck manufacturers. I mainly acted as an architect, product owner and team lead.
Division: Intelligent Traffic Systems Product: Norbit On-Board-Units Summary: I designed and developed the embedded software running on millions of On Board Units handling wireless toll transactions. I developed various tools to support industrialization and enable design verification. I also participated in 2 mixed signal ASIC projects' specification and verification.
Product: Mini-Link TN Summary: I was responsible for FPGA implementation of high speed Point-to-Point communication protocol between units in a Mini-Link node. I was also the top level responsible of the main control FPGA on MMU3A unit during the beginning of the project.
Product: SIM-02 ECG SIMULATOR Summary: PCB, embedded software and system design for handheld cardiology equipment. I designed the SIM-02 product which is able to simulate a lifelike, complete 24-hour long Holter-monitoring or a complex stress test examination which includes non-invasive blood pressure measurement as well.
