I lead projects with Caterpillar dealers to ensure their service to end-customers improves and ensure efficient collaboration between Caterpillar and our dealers by leveraging my Lean Six Sigma knowledge and experience in the domain.
I assisted Caterpillar dealers improve their processes by identifying opportunities and collaborating on projects. I worked with a variety of teams of both Caterpillar internally and Caterpillar dealers. I developed my leadership skills managing different projects and ensuring collaborations between departments.
My internship at Celis consisted of two projects. The first one was optimizing the use of the reachtrucks within the warehouse to ensure no timeloss when picking and packaging. The second project i managed and implemented was optimizing the internal transport between the warehouse and the different stores, ensuring accurate data and excellent communication between all parties. The combination of these project resulted in cost-savings and a more efficient operations side of the business.
