Responsibility: - Manufacturing of bulk drug substance - Maintaining inventory levels - Sampling of in process and raw materials - Operating of large/small-scale bio-processing equipment - Buffer / media preparation - Equipment preparation (CIP / SIP) - Operating of Computerised System (e.g. Manufacturing Enterprise System (MES), Human Machine interface (HMI) / Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), etc.) - Performing aseptic operations - Comply with all safety requirements and quality regulations - Any other responsibilities or tasks as assigned by Supervisor/Manager
Responsibility: - Assist supervisor in managing the team as a deputy/team lead. - Lead chromatography column packing activities as a column packing lead. - Executed routine, non-rountine and critical Aseptic operation. - Coordinate with other department for sterile equipment and buffer preparation schedule for routine process and column packing usage. - Trainer for Environment Monitoring In-Ops/Aseptic Operation. - Ensure proper routine/ non-routine/ column packing training has been carry for new employee. - Revise SOP and MBR when needed. - Plan and schedule column packing activities. - Raise work order and deviation when needed. - Work permit approval and authorised LOTO personnel. - Ensure EHS, Quality and cGMP compliance.
Responsibility: - Assist production supervisor in start-up and shut down of production equipment and monitor production target and output - Lead a team of production technician and operator - Perform technical support function and assist in all production activities. - Plan and schedule monthly and yearly production related machine and equipment maintenance, calibration and repairing. - Routine check of production machine and process parameters. - Attend to/troubleshoot instrumentation related equipment failures. - Handle testing and special task assign by production supervisor. - Ensure all production related documents are up-dated and currently captured. - Report to immediate superior should there be any abnormality occurs at the product and process. - Handle production related machine. CNC machine, ultrasonic washing machine and etc. - Ensure EHS, Quality and cGMP compliance - Ensure all operators perform their jobs as per work instruction.
