I have 14 year's experience in testing and have been exposed to many different aspects of change during this journey. Change has helped me understand the need for continuous improvement at all levels to ensure sustainable performance in respect of people, processes, customer delivery, finance, IT, business processes, risk and compliance. Understanding that people are critical to the success of these changes has helped me deliver in my area. Refining and researching problems and finding and implementing solutions have become a way of life. I am well versed in Agile, Java, ISTQB Advanced, Software Testing, Mastering Test Design, SQL and Test Cases in general. I continue to enjoy new learnings and the challenges that present themselves through the process. I have had the opportunity to perform in various roles during my time as a Test Analyst & SQE where I am currently responsible for automation and the testing of products within the agile methodology. My passion and energy for customer satisfaction means that I always strive to deliver high levels of service, while ensuring that I provide the necessary tools for my team. I am committed to the development of testing methodologies with a strong focus on reviewing and assessing performance so that we can meet the needs of our internal and external customers.
