Raw Material Checking Template: _Use Power Query, VBA and SAP GUI Scripting to extract data from SAP Saturn automatically. Define T-Code suitable for requirement. Align with IT Team to modify existing T-Code to get better format and save time for Planning team to check raw Stint 2: Production 1. Recycling Dust Project: contribute to Manufacturing Material Efficiency improvement, set up process,WI, design dust container with engineering team to rework dust into the same batch based on characteristic, reduce yield loss. 2. MME Daily Checking Dashboard _ Utilize VBA, SAP GUI Scripting, Query to extract data automatically and make report for KPI MME _ Define actions required based on Pareto Analysis for top loss cost, follow up action with stakeholders. _ Define the gap between global Power BI dashboard and reality of site => MME increase from 96.5% to 98% and keep increasing based on tracking daily 3. Project Jupiter - NPI process engineer _ Work on CapEx project for NPI, transfer auto exterior coating product from Changzhou to Chonburi _ Set up capacity process modeling, set up production trial line _ Prepare documentations for RANGER Governance for AR (URS, BOD, PDD), work with RDI and project team to verify process for CapEx Stint 3: Process Engineer _ Auto Dosing Unit commissioning: work with stakeholders for commissioning process and raw material selection for ADU, responsible for efficiency operation (training, WI OPL preparation, stock count management) => Nomination of good teamwork in Sep _OEE Improvement for Auto Filling Line and Batching: collect and analyse top loss based on Pareto Chart, define suitable action _ Improve Small Batch Size _ AR Project: Bead mill Investment _ Scale up process improvement
