Recruitment/Enrollment: Organizes and conducts ongoing recruitment to ensure full enrollment. Organizes and conducts enrollment activities, determine program eligibility, verifies income, and obtains necessary parent permission. Data management: Maintains CHIPS data in a timely and accurate manner, data reporting for enrollment, parent contact, medical and dental exams, and health screenings to meet deadlines and program standards. Documentation: Maintains accurate records including enrollment information, family resource checklist, documentation of referrals made, follow-up and adult contact hours according to HUB program standards. Orientation: In collaboration with site staff, organizes and conducts parent orientations, including orienting parents to their rights and responsibilities and explaining relevant HUB policies and curriculum approaches. Site Visits: Assists families in recognizing their strengths and supports them in setting goals through the development of a Family Partnership Plan. Provides family support services with each family individually. Health screenings: Collects health and nutrition information; develops individualized child health plans; provides or assists with providing health screenings, immunization verifications, and outside agency referrals for the purpose of promoting needed treatment and complying with program requirements; provides health, nutrition and oral health education to children and families advocating for the child's health needs; checks for safety hazards; and responsible for emergency preparedness practice and procedures. Kindergarten Transitions: Works with families and site team to ensure smooth transitions for children and families. Family Events: In collaboration with site staff and families, plans and facilitates family events that respond to specific training interests and information requests. Works with the site team and parents to schedule family events at times that are convenient for families.

• Plan and implement programs for UW students that live in Southeast Seattle (e.g., student office hours, student panels, student engagement activities/events) • Collaborate with OUWC Student Assistants to build community and host/convene meetings and events with and for students from the neighborhood • Create content and maintain social media accounts for the Commons • Support communication to Southeast Seattle Huskies in collaboration with UAA Communications through e-newsletters and email
