Primarily responsible for retail/wholesale product sales to Belcampo customers and Value Added Product (VAP) product development. I also tackled: - Managing and developing new customers while maintaining existing sales/customers with the highest level of customer service - Developing pricing strategies to tailored product lists to attract new customers - Researching market for new product trends and ideas for product development - Overseeing new product development timelines and managing communications between all Belcampo branches (Butchery, Meat Co, and Corporate Office) regarding product launches and updates - Coordinating packaging submissions to CCOF and FSIS
• Oversaw and maintained FarmBox farmer relations and warehouse operations • Worked with local farmers to create weekly CSA produce boxes by securing pricing and staying updated with seasonal trends • Sourced new products from local, artisanal vendors around the Bay Area • Hired and trained new warehouse packers and drivers according to FarmBox Standards • Maintained accurate billing records and made sure vendors are paid in a timely manner
