- Find out about the vacancies of the Client company. - Identify sources of candidates from Facebook, Linkedin,... and approach the application pellets. - Use support tools to search for contact information (gmail, phone number, facebook link, skype,...) of the candidate to connect with the candidate. - Consulting and persuading candidates to apply for the position. - Maintain connection with candidates during the recruitment process (Get CV - CV Pass - Interview - Offer - Onboard). - Negotiate salary with candidates to match the salary given by the client company, and in harmony with the candidate's wishes. - Save candidate data to personal excel file and update CV (including CV candidates and candidate PR information) to the company's CV management tool.
