- Support all aspects of US index production, project changes and product development - Ensure key Russell Index deliverables are accurately and promptly delivered to clients on a daily basis - Utilize Bloomberg, Edgar-Pro, and market feeds to research and monitor index changes, implement corporate actions and analyze membership inclusions and omissions - Provide ad hoc analytic support for senior management, public relations, client service, sales, marketing and product development teams.
- Reconcile portfolio holdings between custodian banks, internal trading systems and 3rd party vendors - Define, document, test and implement appropriate procedures and controls for all trade support processes such as documentation/data requests, trading account setup, daily transaction reports and quarterly AUM reports - Manage Russell’s proprietary systems and databases as well as external counterparties’ infomediary systems
- Manually check, fill in information, and correct errors in the historical databases from Salesforce - CRM & Eloqua systems (20,000+ records in total) which helps reduce the missing information rate from 40% to <5% and remove 100+ duplicated records - Research and identify causes for 200+ returned Holiday mails that were sent to clients last year - Research and identify parent companies, subsidiaries, and acquisitions for 850 organization
