Colorwave is a non-profit organization focused on closing the racial wealth gap by making the VC-backed startup community more equitable and inclusive. The Colorwave fellowship is designed to equip high performing professionals of color with the knowledge and training they need to navigate and thrive in the innovation economy. As a fellow, I was selected to participate in a competitive 8-week program that includes an immersive curriculum focused on the innovation economy and intimate speaking events with leading venture capital firms, investors, entrepreneurs, tech executives, HR leaders, career coaches, and other industry leaders.
