- Be responsible for shaping and delivering the decarbonization journey of Maersk’s own operations and green solutions across MEKONG countries through global and area decarbonization strategy and roadmap. - Drive standardization and continual improvement in business/operational processes in line with Maersk QMS and ISO standards
- Manage HSSE, IM & BCM requirements for all warehouses sites in the VCM area. - Ensure global HSSE, IM & BCM framework and local requirements are implemented through own actions & by country & site HSSE focal specialists. - Risk management - Incident management - Provide technical expertise, strategic leadership, and support across the functionalities. - Identify trends of HSSE performance and responsible to drive HSSE continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate, educate and coach across all RMIT stakeholder groups as the subject matter expert within RMIT Vietnam relating to OHSSS portfolio. • Develop, implement, monitor and review contemporary, systematic, risk-based approach to HSSS. • Develop sound working relationships and collaboration with RMIT OHSSS (or equivalent functions) in Australia to ensure alignment and leverage resources as appropriate and applicable. • In consultation with key stakeholders develop, implement, monitor and review OHSSS programs and plans to ensure risks are managed and compliance achieved. • Prepare, implement, monitor and review policies to support a developing a risk based OHSSS culture of prevention of harm to people, property and the environment. • Manage and develop OHSSS team to ensure up to date OHSSS subject matter expertise is maintained. • Manage, in collaboration with Property Services team, effective emergency management protocols • Manage security risk management activities and systems, access control, CCTV and the security service providers across RMIT Campuses. • Audit OHSSS performance and practice of RMIT internal stakeholders, supply chain partners and suppliers of goods and services. • Conduct training and presentations for OHSSS matters and risk management • Inspect equipment and machinery to ensure compliance • Investigate incidents to discover causes and recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures. • Report on OHSSS risk management, performance and compliance.
Oversee HSE&S operations for Wood& Metal Coatings site in Vietnam including onsite and network of offsite technicians working at customer sites. • Delivery – Guideline management to deliver HSE policy, set the culture and manage hazards • Improvement – Act as a change agent for continuous improvement and a role model for compliance and commitment • Capability - Maintenance of a thorough knowledge of all HSE&S systems and requirements for manufacturing and non-manufacturing areas • Ensure the robustness of the auditing system in Manufacturing and Non-manufacturing areas at acceptable quality • Reporting – Ensure HSE&S metrics are reported as required by the corporate and regional systems in line with required deadlines • Product Safety – Ensure Compliance vs Chemical regulations • Process Safety - act as hazard study leader for the site in PSM risk assessment and activities • Safety Culture – Promote Safety Culture via Safety programs /initiatives such as: Safety Day, BBS, Safety Ambassador... • Occupational Medicine & Health protection - promote the Health Management and Consultation activities via Health campaigns, Chemical Health Risk Assessment, Health talks and Employee Assistance program. • Collaboration with NGOs, Authorities & International organization in Chemical Regulation Advocacy
In this function, my responsibility is to look after the overall EHS-Security operations of 5 sites and offices in Vietnam to ensure the compliance with international, domestic regulations and BASF regulations governing in chemical trading, import/export, sales, production and transportation as well as EHS regulations with the collaboration closely with both internal and external parties to provide support, sharing and capacity building.
Responsible for Compliance activities of the company including but not limit to set up Compliance policy & control processes, provide trainings, consultation, case reporting and investigation regarding to Bribery and Anti-Corruption in business activities.
Oversee the overall EHS-Security operations of projects, sites and offices in Vietnam to ensure the compliance with local regulations and Siemens HSE regulations including set up regulations, training & audit.
