Develop plan, manage progress to ensure daily input and output plan with I/O 150K/month. Have purchase orders from customers, contributing 10% to the company sales revenue target. Responsible for multiple NPI and MP projects, follow and drive the internal cross functional team to meet the product timeline, make smooth transition from NPI to MP phase. Act as a contact window between factory internal core team and customer. Based on end customer demand, establish build plan, control run plan, mass production plan and ensure task completion. Drive the project including making schedule, line bring up, equipment readiness, purchase equipment, drive tooling team to develop mechanical tooling within budget limit. Foresee the risk, work with functional departments to solve any issue which may impact the project schedule. Support engineer team and quality team in product quality and process issues. Follow daily output and report to customers, make sure the output meets the target, any lost need to work with department owners to get issues closed. Organize meetings regularly internally with core team members to discuss and solve project issues. Lead team to plan for capacity expansion as requested from customer, work with quality team to get line audited and ready for MP. Monitor ECO, MCO released from customer and internal system ECN, get them implemented as customer requests. Take the lead of MP projects to meet team sales revenue targets and achieve 100% OTD (On time delivery). Monitoring project team performance, ensuring operations meet customer’s standard. Address obstacles, escalate more complex issues to higher level managers for support.
