- I participate in the software development lifecycle with an agile approach from project initiation, implementation, maintenance and post-deployment evaluation phases. - Collect and analyze customer insights to develop new product feature requests and enhancement plans. - Building a voucher distribution system according to the B2B model - Responsible for managing customer membership information, tier structure, centralization point management, transaction tracking for point spending, and configuration of loyalty programs.
- Planing and proposal feature for platforms of Sieu Viet (vieclam24h, timviecnhanh, mywork, Adminv2) - Manage Backlog (list of features, priority) Communicate internal stakeholders to clarify requirements. - Writing PRD for the development team and work with them to assure that the features are delivered as requested. - Design UX/UI wireframe - Monitor and measure user data/feedback so that there are plans to improve, change products, manage product change requests in each phase. - Collaborate with engineering, QC, design, internal stakeholders to ensure that the product is delivered on-time, on-budget, and to the highest quality standards.
