- Collaborating with faculty administration to create programs that benefit and align faculty students' needs. - Overseeing the planning and conducting of volunteer, cultural, and academic events for students within the faculty. - Reviewing, commenting, and approving documents and plans for permission to organize the faculty's program. - Engage in recruiting new collaborators for the department's faculty, including planning, screening applications, conducting interviews, and overseeing the onboarding process. - Accountable for training new faculty collaborators on institutional culture and operational procedures. - Coordinate planning of the annual program schedule, develop working rules, and assess the performance of faculty collaborators. - More than 20 projects/programs as a lead team/core team. - Managing over 60 collaborators of faculty.
