1/ Outbound Operation • Lead 9-member-team overseeing 1000+ Export declarations, Transportation and 100+ CO applications monthly • Coordinate with Customs Brokers/ 3PLs to execute Customs Declaration, resolve problems complied with Vietnam Customs Regulation/ Compliance • Be a main contact point to solve the issues during trucking the containers and dropping off • Act as an advisor for Technical Departments for export procedures, mostly for first lauching samples. 2/ Order Management (FCL/ Air/ LCL) • Handle shipments for Finished goods, Spare parts, and Samples to various regions (US, ANZ, EMEA) under multiple Customs modes (Processing, Re-export, Business, Temporary Import/ Export) through Global Fowarders (Maersk/ CMA/ MSC/ FedEx/ UPS) • Manage and excecute DG air shipment (UN3480, UN3481) from receiving order, quotation bidding until completing delivery to Customer Warehouse (end-to-end) • Impact to Related Departments (NPI, PMC, Warehouse, IE, Production) in final decision making for Shipment planning. 3/ Operation expense assistance • Control and provide the operation records to Costing team • Act as an important role in monthly cost verification for payment settlement (SOA) • Closely connect and push Related Department to absord arising cost caused by them. 4/ Export process control and improvement • Optimized workload and improved processes for Outbound customs declaration, Transportation • Do statistics and control the KPIs to Forwarders. 5/ Reporting and Data • Collect and use Shipment data for monthly sales reports and container projections • Acting as an overall role who looks through the export operation data to do analysis per Upper Management requests. 6/ Other scopes • Acting as a trainer who do training for new members • On-site at Warehouse to observe some first important shipments to VIP Customers • Support Production/ Warehouse during stock-taking, inventory auditting • Represent on behalf of Team to join Seminars and do re-training.
• Managed order processing and shipment handling for North America regions under various Customs modes (E42, B13, B11, G13/G23) and shipping methods (Courier/ Air Frieght/ Sea Freight). • Executed Export Declarations to Vietnam Customs and defined HS codes for new products. • Coordinated with concerned Parties to ensure timely shipment exports and resolved issues related to Customs, Booking, and Outbound trucking. • Conducted data analysis for Customs and Logistics operations, and participated in system development for Customs declaration (Interface to Ecus Project) Achievements: • Successfully supported the launching of 2 major new products for TTI US Factory. • Shipped approximately 200 containers (40HC) to the US within 3 months. • Efficiently handled air freight shipments with large volumes (130 CBM) in 2023. • Gained extensive knowledge and experience in handling both non-DG and DG shipments with batteries (under/over 100wh).
• Receive and check demand (SOP) from HQ, request and forecast the volume of shipping • Request outbound booking through 3PL (Samsung SDS VN) • Request audit via 3PL (KSO, BV, Intertek,...) to adapt to customer's import regulation • Proceed product simulation for optimal container loading (20FT, 40FT & 40HC) • Assure for in-time Customs Clearance following cut-off time • Shipment tracking following customer's deadline (On time delivery KPI - Achievement: 99%) • Co-operate with Planning and Warehouse Team to clear aging stock and pending shipment, ensure on-time shipping schedule (ETD, ETA) • Control and prepare shipping document: CIPL, HBL, COO, SI... • Be on duty to minimize ocean lead-time and save logistics costs • ERP SAP (ZLE function) System Operation and Management
