• Be responsible in executing effectively procurement of THP Group in terms of cost, quality, and service in purchasing of raw materials • Invite the suppliers for quote, negotiating for the competitive price, compare and analysis the quotation and submit for approval. • Ensure that the goods and service purchase provided in accordance with company requirement. • Prepare, process and issue purchase orders and documents on SAP system. • Negotiate and prepare the contract with suppliers. • Ensure suppliers deliver on time with adequate quantity. • Coordinate with QA/QC and WH regarding quantity and quality of goods. • Following up the quality with the manufacture department to work with the supplier for improvement. • Monitor supplier performance to maximize the competitive advantage for each time choosing the supplier. • Ensure the saving cost: price analysis, contract review to lead the negotiation for saving cost. • Tracking the market to have a good command of price changing.
• Assist DCEO in secretarial, administrative, translation and reception at DCEO Office • Communicates and/ or coordinates DCEO’s instructions and desires with various individuals and /or department • Furnishes and obtains information from senior management or outside representatives • Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and/ or visitors for the DCEO • Schedule appointments and arranges meetings, conferences and travel • Organizes and maintains DCEO’s correspondence and records, following up on pending matters with general guidance • Drafts correspondence for DCEO’s final approval • Prepares special reports, gathering, summarizing, and analyzing data
