Da Nang City, Vietnam
With 20 years of experience driving growth across education, hospitality, FMCG, and service industries, I specialise in building high-performing sales teams, developing agency and corporate partnerships, and creating marketing strategies that deliver measurable enrolment results. For over 12 years as Head of Sales & Marketing at Pegasus International College — a Singaporean-owned institution in Da Nang — I led end-to-end marketing and admissions operations: managing annual budgets, developing B2B corporate training programmes for hotels and resorts, and building a network of secondary school partnerships across Central Vietnam. Since 2025 I've represented STEi Institute Singapore as an Overseas Study Counsellor, helping Vietnamese students navigate study abroad pathways while expanding the institute's agency network throughout Vietnam. I am passionate about education as a force for transformation — and I bring that belief into every strategy, campaign, and conversation I lead. Open to senior Sales & Marketing leadership roles in higher education, vocational training across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
