Data scientist for a consortium initiated by the Nation Health Service to determine future demand of an Emergency Department. This consultation was based on health care data and aimed to give insights into the future of the demand on the hospital under different scenarios to determine the required additional infrastructure to be built.
Work in a multidisciplinary team of health care professionals near Kilimanjaro (Tanzania). The objective of this project was to improve sanitation by building toilet blocks for a large rural school. Additionally, this included work in a rural dispensary and the participation in a medical caravan that aimed to deliver health care to over 300 patients who otherwise have no access to any healthcare. In preparation of this project, I developed clinical guides for the other participating volunteers giving overviews of different common conditions exected in Tanzania.
