Over twenty years of experience in the field of solar energy PV and CSP/ STE Presently leading South Rabigh Renewable Energy Company during the construction of the 300 MW PV plant near Rabigh in KSA. Started as a project engineer, went through different project management positions (among others Stakeholder Manager and Contract Manager) in various projects in several international locations (Spain, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Abu Dhabi, South Africa) As the Project Control Manager being part of the team that realized the first CSP/ STE plant in the Middle East in Abu Dhabi also monitoring and reporting on the project plan and progress. As the Deputy General Manager of Kaxu Solar One being part of the team that brought the first CSP/STE plant (including a molten salt Thermal Energy Storage system) in South Africa into commercial operation and as the General Manager leading the project through its first years of commercial operation and completing its Guarantee Period. Among the responsibilities are also the project's strong commitments with the local Communities with regards to Socio-Economic Development and Enterprise Development as part of the overall project environment. As Expert Consultant contributing to contractual discussions regarding Power Plant Performance analysis and technical support.
