Product Management: - responsibility (defining, implementing and optimizing) for the medium-term product and service portfolio in market segment “ENERGY” - identification of the relevant technical and commercial market and sales data, international competitive analysis and product life cycle analyzes to achieve the targeted revenue, DB and market share targets - refinement of new and existing products by identifying market potentials and customer requirements - determination of product requirements, specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction - presentations and product training at customer sites Business Development / Business Field Development: - Initiation and conclusion of orders, follow-up orders and framework agreements - acquisition of new customer's - visit of and participation in selected trade fairs - evaluation of further applications for the existing product portfolio - evaluation of the products required on the market - continuous market research of current projects Key Account Management: - support of all worldwide HEROSE group branches - holistic support of customers in market segment “ENERGY” - contract processing, i.e. preparation, negotiation and conclusion of tenders / framework agreements - generation of incoming orders in market segment “ENERGY”

Management, layout, calculation and construction of machines and systems for the filling of liquid and pasty products for customers from the chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical and food industry.
