Thorsten Hennig-Thurau is Professor of Marketing & Media at the Marketing Center of University of Münster, Germany, and, among a number of other things, author of "Entertainment Science" (with Mark Houston; Springer Nature, 1.9 million downloads and counting!). He serves as Academic Director of both the university's MBA in Marketing program and the Marketing Center's eXperimental Reality Lab XRLab@MCM; he is excited about (almost) everything digital and timeless movies (particularly those from Eastwood and Leone).
