Thorsten Hennig-Thurau is Professor of Marketing & Media at the Marketing Center of University of Münster, Germany, and, among a number of other things, author of "Entertainment Science" (with Mark Houston; Springer Nature, 1.9 million downloads and counting!). He serves as Academic Director of both the university's MBA in Marketing program and the Marketing Center's eXperimental Reality Lab XRLab@MCM; he is excited about (almost) everything digital and timeless movies (particularly those from Eastwood and Leone). Thorsten is convinced of the unlimited powers of (true) customer orientation and aims to make the world a better place for everyone by (a) promoting inspiring market offerings and (b) giving bad ones a harder time.
