Chemical Engineer, I have over 7 years of process engineering experience mainly in the battery industry. During my carrier I have held positions in R&D and industrialization, on a variety of battery technologies including Zinc-Air, Li-ion (Wet & Dry Process) and Ni-Cd. My industrial experience, from R&D to production, including scale-up, has allowed me to develop a global comprehensive understanding of the cell manufacturing process.
Lead Engineer for Process Engineering E-Tech Drive Department Leading innovation projects on cell unit/module assembly for electrical vehicles. - Supporting validation plans and risk assessments for new process innovations. -Developing guidelines and standards for equipment design and quality assurance. -Drafting guidelines on standards, design, and quality assurance for industrial equipment. -Assisting project teams from study to production start-up and develop training to upskill process engineering teams.
Process engineer for Renault/Ampère Research Department, on batteries for EV application. -Focused on mixing and coating step for wet & dry process cell manufacturing, including costing analysis, internal project lead & capitalization -Drafted specifications for custom machines (mixers, coaters & calender), ensuring technical alignment with suppliers, and supervizing installation (FAT, SAT and commisionning) for Renault Research Lab in Lardy Technical Center. -Led Dry Process activities (Start-up screening, partnership development, material & cell testing). -Supervized Industrial thesis on Dry Process topic (extrusion, dry powder rheology).
