My primary focus was to recruit for Secret/Top Secret DOD cleared Software Engineers and Systems Engineers for Lockheed Martin-Missiles & Fire Control, in Orlando, FL and Grand Prairie, TX. Recruited for C++/Embedded, Software Safety, Hardware in the Loop (HIL), Hypervisor & Openstack Software Engineers. (Laid off due to COVID related cut backs/reduced hiring) Also sourced for the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics business unit. Recruited DOD cleared talent for our composite/fabricator, mechanical & electrical engineering roles and embedded/C++ software engineers and systems engineering roles for the Palmdale, CA, Fort Worth, TX and Marietta, GA locations. Also sourced for DOD cleared systems/database administration roles for the F-35 ALIS project in 12 U.S. locations on various Air Force, Naval and Marine Corp air bases.
Served as the Lead Cyber Security Recruiter for the DoD DCMA contract staffing a variety of TS/SCI cleared Cyber-Security roles in Fort Lee, VA & Atlanta, GA, until ICF loss the contract in 2019. Utilized company employee referral program, cold-calling/sourcing techniques, cleared and non cleared job boards, social media, company sponsored open-houses/happy hours in conjunction with online colleges, local military TAP centers and military reserve/national guard units to attract DOD cleared Cyber talent. Also staffed full-time, cleared and non cleared Data Engineering, Solution/Cloud Architect, Deep Learning/Machine Learning, Big Data/Software Development/IT/Cyber-security roles for clients in the San Antonio, TX, Fort Belvoir & Quantico, VA, Rockville, Baltimore, Fort Meade & (ARL) Aberdeen, MD areas. Assisted with college recruiting and proposal work to staff full-time roles for the energy, aviation and homeland security/disaster preparedness/recovery consulting groups, as needed.
