Work as a Solutions Architect for IBM Watson Health. Mentor engineering, data quality and data architect teams in transitioning from Informatica to Datastage multiple client accounts. This involved identifying education pathways, holding weekly meetings for a year, and guiding how to implement Data Vault within Datastage to successfully implement 3 MMIS Enterprise Data Warehouses ( EDW) and 1 All Payer Claims EDW. Technical Development Leader for Data Engineering Teams. While working on the account, I moved the Data Engineering team to Jira so we could get a handle on the work, and worked with the data architect closely in order to solve problems in the Oracle Exadata EDW, to load a 23 Billion record large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouse. Ensured the delivery of a full data catalog from business terms through ELT/ETL to the final reporting layer in Tableau I built a team and managed a shared Medical Reference Data set of assets for the projects using DataStage to utilize the numerous medical reference data that were needed in both the MMIS Systems as well as the All Payer Claims system This included AMA, AHA, LOINC, IBM Redbook and many many other sources. I interviewed the consultants hired, trained them in the processes we needed to implement and the project delivered on-time allowing multiple client accounts to on-board it once licensed to use the reference data.
