Manager for a professional services team working on the delivery of an AI for recruiting platform (HiredScore) for a range of Workday clients. My role focuses on both team development and client project delivery.
My primary focus in this role was to manage the end to end delivery of Workdays AI for Recruiting Platform (HiredScore) with new and existing clients. This involved working cross functionally with technical integration consultants and development teams to ensure a seamless delivery of the product.
• Led the delivery of one of the organisation’s largest customer project, impacting over 10,000 users across multiple global units. • Oversaw the entire software development lifecycle, from initial design through deployment, for key customer projects, while being kept within scope, time, and cost.
• Managed multiple different customer projects while keeping within time, cost, & scope. • Collaborated with global teams across different time zones to deliver complex projects, ensuring timely communication and on-site visits as needed. • Managed weekly internal and external reporting of project metrics, enhancing stakeholder engagement and project transparency.
Led technical delivery and configuration of enterprise-wide projects valued at over $1M, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
9 month contract. Established project infrastructure, ensuring seamless project initiation and execution, resulting in timely project completion. • Developed detailed study-specific analysis plans and summary documents. • Coordinated and reported analysis data weekly, enhancing decision-making processes for upper management and project sponsors. • Collaborated with project managers and upper management to analyse metrics.
Electronic device repair shop. Employed here as sole operator of all aspects of the business for a number of months in order to save money for my masters program.
