This is a temporary project alongside my main employment at RGF Staffing in Belgium. The purpose of this project is to develop a comprehensive Learning & Development strategy and action plan for RGF Staffing globally. The foundation is an analysis of current L&D activities, systems, budgets, costs and processes across the various operating companies. The subsequent actionable plan will help foster a culture of lifelong learning, promote cross-border collaboration, and integrate sustainability into the L&D policy.
