C’est dans cette logique que j’ai évolué à travers des missions clés dans la supply chain, la production, l’optimisation des processus, puis la culture EHS. À chaque étape, j’ai cherché à élargir mon champ d’action, à monter en impact et à développer une vision systémique de l’outil industriel. De la gestion de flux à la transformation de lignes de production, de la mise en place de standards robustes à l’accompagnement du changement sur le terrain, mon parcours reflète une ligne directrice claire : bâtir une performance pérenne, humaine et ancrée dans le réel. Aujourd’hui, j’apporte cette expérience transversale et opérationnelle pour relever des défis d’envergure : piloter des transformations complexes, renforcer l’agilité industrielle et faire le lien entre stratégie et exécution.
Key Achievements: - Transformed and developed an EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) culture on a multicultural site, finding creative ways to care for employees and engage them without compromising production performance and safety requirements. - Led a team of 2 EHS Expert & Specialist, 1 Nurse, 24 EHS Champions, and 35 First Aid Rescuers, supporting a campus of 650 people (HQ and Production). - Reduced the Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) from 0.6 to 0 in 3 years. - Ensure the management of the business continuity plan, the annual crisis simulation exercise, and the real-time crisis management. - EHS regional leader - Coach & support 4 other EHS teams within manufacturing sites in France (EHS & ISO14001)
- Lead, develop and support a large cross-functional team composed of Manufacturing Supervisors, Technical support experts, manufacturing and quality engineers to achieve common goals. 4 supervisors - 5 Technicians - 8 Team Leaders - 120 operators - 2 apprentices - Define the processes transformation road map and influence the sr leadership team to make it happen. - Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production areas to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. - Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. - Plans and administers procedures and budgets. - Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. - Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function. - Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.
- Build and Lead the Sterilization & Final Packaging team 2 shifts, 30 operators - Define the strategy and lead the transformative project for the area from the cell infrastructure design to components management strategy. Revisit the entire process to maximize output and quality. Ensure a total flexibility and standardization to absorb the finish goods mix variability. Reduce the WIP from more than 3000 products to less than 700 and decrease the overall lead time from 5 to 1 day. Implement a kanban system to optimize the components stock and integrate the shipping preparation to the final packaging process.
