Revenue Operations Specialist focused on turning commercial data into actionable insights that drive growth and operational efficiency. I work across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to optimize revenue processes end-to-end. I bring deep HubSpot expertise, building fully custom workflows, data models, and automations, complemented by Python and foundational SQL skills. My work has contributed to quadrupling weekly platform signups and scaling sales operations to sustainably handle double the MQL volume. I am looking to grow into a more senior position where I can broaden my scope within Revenue Operations, take on greater ownership, and continue driving data-informed commercial impact.
Revenue Operations is responsible for aligning Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth. The role sits at the intersection of these teams and ensures that processes, data, systems, and insights work together across the full customer lifecycle from first touch to renewal and expansion. At VIKTOR, RevOps acts as the connector between go-to-market teams and product, translating strategy into execution by optimizing funnels, improving handoffs, and enabling teams with the right tools, metrics, and insights. My main responsibilities include but are not limited to: - CRM Health (HubSpot) - create custom automations that save the commercial teams hours of work per week - maintain the commercial pipeline overview - Plan and coordinate meetings with all the commercial team's teamleads to determine next steps for RevOps - Ensure a healthy Sales pipeline and company growth for the next 3 quarters - report on past quarters and forecast for investor presentations
