The goal of the SWISSLOG maintenance line of business is to keep assets in good shape, whether that’s technical equipment, production resources, machines, buildings, or anything else. The same can be said for customer service, ensuring the customer asset is in good condition. To achieve this, workflows must be as efficient and streamlined as possible. To prevent equipment failures, certain activities are performed to maintain proper operation, such as replacing worn parts and performing inspections. ▶ Managed technical customer services in Germany and Switzerland and introduced new technologies during the global pandemic to optimize accessibility.
Through experienced engineers with many years of project experience, Vahle provides customer-specific and simultaneously economical solutions that meet and exceed customer and market requirements. ▶ Led a team of 16 employees, managing the entire Port Technology division with P&L responsibility, focusing on electrification solutions for port cranes and logistics automation. ▶ Drove innovation in the electrification of port cranes, successfully launching new products that reduced the CO2 footprint and improved energy efficiency in ports. ▶ Directed the development and market introduction of strategic products, contributing to the company's growth in automation and container handling solutions. ▶ Managed international projects in Panama, Mexico, Singapore, and Hong Kong, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
