About

I'm a senior learning and development leader with experience across a wide range of industries — and a co-founder who builds the kind of training products I always wished existed. I'm passionate about the not-for-profit sector and the unique challenges and opportunities it brings. Currently I lead L&D at Movember, a cause I genuinely believe in — building learning experiences that support a global team working toward real impact. As the co-founder of e-Fuse, I also design and develop engaging, browser-based eLearning for Australian SMBs who are done with boring compliance tick-boxes. I know what good learning looks like because I've spent my career on both sides of it — as a strategist and as someone who actually builds the stuff. My background spans digital learning strategy, instructional design, LMS implementation, stakeholder management, and training delivery. I stay close to where the industry is heading — particularly around emerging technologies and how AI, automation, and new authoring tools are reshaping how we design and deliver learning at scale. I love connecting with others in the L&D space, the NFP sector, or anyone rethinking how workplace learning gets done.
