Review and negotiate all company legal agreements including master purchase and licensing agreements as well as NDAs and vendor agreements. Manage the contract life cycle including issuing new contracts, redlining and negotiating, finalizing, signature process, distribution and tracking of expirations. Maintain contract templates and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to make periodic updates to templates; manage and track nonstandard clauses for audits and reporting.
Negotiating and drafting sales, partner, supplier, contractor and other commercial agreements, including software distribution agreements and NDAs. Helping to define contract management processes and templates. Identifying and implementing opportunities to streamline provisions, processes or negotiations.
