I lead a global team of engineers delivering secure, scalable, and user-centric technology platforms. My teams supports critical areas including Client Platform Engineering, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and the engineering needs of an extensive SaaS portfolio. I focus on building high-performing, collaborative teams, setting clear direction, and empowering engineers to deliver impactful solutions. Working across Security, IT, and product teams, I ensure corporate engineering platforms enable Atlassian’s growth while maintaining strong security and operational excellence.
Lead a range of teams with varying deep technical skills, Client Platform Engineering, Application Engineering, Global Collaboration and Jira Administration. The common thread across all these teams was our focus on the ongoing improvement and streamlining of the IT customer experience at Atlassian. This role allowed me to build out new teams in Atlassian along with their scope, goals and strategy as well as placed me across wide range of company initiatives such as risk and compliance management, ongoing security assessment and M&A activities.
