A decade of consulting and startup experience in designing, developing and delivering hardware and software products - in a diverse range of challenging environments - taught me that picking the right thing to build is the far more valuable part of the problem. My second passion is trying to solve how we feed the world's people without screwing up the planet. Regenerative Agriculture offers solutions so I've been leaning into that interest and seeing where it will take me. As ever, I remain obsessed by the challenge of drawing the shortest line between a user need and the appropriate technology.

* Managed project and banking partnerships on Money Movement service as Stitch transitioned from a single method on a single bank integration to a full multi method PSP/TPPP operating on all major banks * Re-architected payouts product and provided pre-sales consulting for 24/7/365 payouts * Led the build and rollout of Pay With Crypto, a revolutionary payment experience allowing users to pay with their crypto exchange wallets instantly, cheaply and with full compliance * Led the development of our web SDK allowing merchants to easily integrate Apple, Google and Samsung Pay into their sites * Worked with design teams and clients during sales and onboarding phases to create optimal and compliant UX for Digital wallets * Rolled out Manual EFT and cash collection methods in primarily B2B use-cases including development of a manual reconciliation tool for back office as well as automated refund links * Co-developed the legal and billing frameworks for customers who use our facility to service payouts without needing to pre-float their account * Led research and early development of standalone internal user service to provide recognition, saved payment methods and internal analytics
PM for Payments (previously Merchant Settlements), the service which connects to banking partners to make sure our merchants get paid correctly, automatically, and on time. Developed and managed product roadmap against several bank integrations and internal infrastructure requirements. Led the strategy to use our service as a general-purpose payments tool within the organisation and designed treasury flows for business account + debit card product.
